AccessWave™ Series

Auto-tunable SFPs for seamless capacity upgrades

Our AccessWave™ Series of tunable pluggable transceivers, featuring a compact small form factor (SFP) and wavelength auto-tuning technology, offers an ideal solution for seamlessly expanding the transport capacity of access and mobile fronthaul networks without driving up costs, footprint and power consumption. With a host-agnostic, industrial temperature (I-temp) design and variants supporting line rates from 1Gbit/s to 50Gbit/s in standard SFP+, SFP28 and SFP56 form factors, these modules can be plugged into devices such as radio units or routers, for both indoor and outdoor deployments.

Simplified provisioning with plug-and-play SFPs

With a C-Band tunable interface and automatic wavelength tuning technology, our AccessWave™ Series offers smooth and efficient capacity upgrades to access and mobile fronthaul networks, delivering speeds of up to 50Gbit/s. This plug-and-play approach simplifies provisioning and minimizes operational complexity. What’s more, its integrated G.metro out-of-band communication channel delivers comprehensive visibility into remote plug status, supports proactive fault management and provides easy access to inventory data for streamlined operations.

Compact pluggables for indoor and outdoor deployments

Our AccessWave™ Series is built for versatility, featuring a rugged I-temp design that ensures robust performance in harsh environments, including outdoor locations such as street cabinets, cell sites or remote radio units. Moreover, with our patented distance optimization technology, these compact, pluggable modules ensure reliable transmission over distances ranging from 15km to 40km, depending on the data rate. This makes the AccessWave™ Series a powerful choice for field deployments where resilience and extended reach are essential.
