  • Topics: Access backhaul: Ensuring FTTH networks can back it up, up, up
  • When: Tuesday, July 30, 1:30 p.m. CDT
  • Where: Fiber Connect 2024, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee, USA https://fiberconnect2024.eventscribe.net/

Backhaul networks must be capable of handling growing amounts of data traffic. Strategic planning, advanced technologies and a holistic approach to managing both last mile and backhaul networks ensure network performance is maintained as data demand continues to rise. This prevents bottlenecks that can degrade the subscriber experience.

In this session, Ryan McCowan and fellow industry experts will explain how to build backhaul networks that ensure optimal performance and reliability for all FTTH subscribers. They will also discuss the need for robust middle-mile infrastructure able to meet the demand created by rapid expansion and increasing speeds in FTTH access networks.
