Build America Buy America (BABA) compliant products
Built for BEAD
The Department of Commerce issued the Final Limited General Applicability Nonavailability Waiver of BABA on February 23, 2024. This waiver mandates that specific categories of products must be manufactured in the US to qualify for use in the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) program. This page complies with the NTIA’s process for supplier self-certification of BABA compliance.
Adtran certifies that these products meet the US manufacturing requirements described in the Final Waiver. Bundles and cabinet assemblies may include products for which the BABA requirement is fully waived, as well as products required to be manufactured in the US.
